Hays Doxford park are professional but friendly, they will ask what you are looking for & if you have a budget, they will gather all the information & tell you what is available.
They will also contact you to advise of a holiday you may be interested in.

Great experience booking with Leah. Contacted the Facebook page to check alternative dates for a holiday. Leah picked up the message and found us three hotels and made sure it was for the date we required. Leah then took time to make sure we received these prices okay in email and then helped us book our holiday with so much ease. Nothing was too much trouble. Leah has gone above and beyond to make sure we got the perfect holiday for us.

Very accommodating and managed to book exact flights and accommodation for an excellent price.

Leah did the cost of the holiday initially, as she was unavailable the next day Romani returned to saved info & completed the purchase of the holiday.
All explained what I had requested. Room upgrade cost, pre booked seats & insurance quotes sent.

We booked through Hays at our local branch because the shop was bright and appealing .On entering the staff gave a warm friendly welcome The lady helping us to arrange the holiday gave us all the help and information needed to meet our requirements. What a pleasure it was to interact with a caring human and not a computer or tele agent .I feel our holiday began when walking through Hays doors.
