The holiday was exceptional. Everything we expect from being on a P&O cruise was received and more.

Beth Morrison, we have book holidays with Beth previously and just booked again for 2026 summer holoday, she is so happy, friendly and most of all, very helpful, we are not the easiest family to make decisions in holiday choices but Beth helped us tremendously by giving comparissons and knowledge of different options which made the whole process easy, She is a true asset to Hays Travel.

The assistant struggled to get flights for the special offer we were after, however she never gave up until she got them. It really challenged her but she was up for the challenge. Well done and thanks.
