First holiday together for a 37 year friendship
After the list of things we had and wanted to rule out. The confusion in helping my friend and i first holiday together. The staff had her work cut out for her but was very good in helping us found our destination. She was very patient in the madness that unfolded in front of her and laughed along with us till it was all done. Need to thank your staff member again in helping us decide. Now can't wait for our holiday to begin

We called into Hays travel in the Bridges in Sunderland to book a Disney trip for my 80th birthday.
Joanne treated us really well. There was a huge delay waiting for a response on the telephone and Joanne was very professional and kept us busy until the phone was answered. The name was really long, but Joanne was just superb in the way she dealt with this awkward situation.
