Erica was friendly helpful and patient , she helped us plan our trip to Thailand, showed us all the options in our budget and answered our question, allyson in the foreign exchange was also great when I had questions about currency, we booked our Thailand holiday, which is for my 60th birthday, and wouldn’t hesitate to book with hays swinton or Erica again

I booked my holiday last year in June and paid fortnightly. I can honestly say the staff have treated me with dignity and respect. The team always have a smile on their faces and I will definitely book with them again.

The staff are always very pleasant and Megan was very patient and helpful. Whether your enquiry is big or small the staff are so polite and patient.
