Whilst looking for a trip and right up…
Whilst looking for a trip and right up to paying it's okay but once that I have paid it it took two days to get a person on the phone.
Also travel insurance at hays is extortionate.
£120 for a two day trip when I was able to get premier cover from Tesco for £32?
Previous experiences have been good but not impressed this last time.

Very helpful, very knowledgeable, friendly, listened to what we wanted. Made the whole experience so smooth and easy. Booked, paid for, all confirmations sent via email before we left, all information printed and put in a wallet before we left, checked in and got euros all before we left store ….. even got a cup of tea whilst there ……. Faultless service!

The staff were very helpful.
The holiday selection was good, but the staff member help us narrow it down to the best place and then check prices for before and after the number of days we were originally looking at, which work out cheaper going for longer.
