Have used Hayes on several occasions for various trips both long haul and shorter European holidays and have always found a consistant high level of service. From holiday ideas right through to booking the little extras, we have always been able to get the answers and the service we have more than expected. After planning our wedding, we left the honeymoon in Teresa's very capable hands. She took care of everything for us, finding the perfect place in beautiful Barbados. She went above & beyond with her knowledge of the area, to make sure we had the most perfect time. She was always available, which is becoming a rare thing in these days of automation & Ai.
