A successful booking with ne hassle
I was greeted in a very helpful manner expecting to be told that the cruise I wanted to book on was sold out. This was not the case and Skye helped to ascertain what was available and what my needs were. She made me feel very comfortable and I was pleased that everything has been been successfully completed.

I hoped to see Jess who has booked…
I hoped to see Jess who has booked several holidays for me .
Jess was off so I had Skye whose badge said she was a trainee.
She was great.
I’m not too hard to please but she didn’t rush and was happy to go back and forward showing me other options( as a travel agent should ofcourse)
I did book with her and look forward to my holiday in June.

Joan was superb, as always. She made everything so straightforward for us and even suggested Cape Verde, a destination we hadn’t thought of before. We booked our holiday that very day, and when we later asked to make changes, Joan was incredibly helpful once again.
