Absolutely love the staff in Tonypandy branch of hays travel when I walk in I’m greeted with a warm welcome friendly atmosphere chatty and they go above and beyond to find you that perfect getaway I wouldn’t go anywhere else

The person that delt with me was really helpful and found us a holiday which we thought was good value and looked lovely.

All of the staff are so friendly and helpful in the Tonypandy branch. We popped in to sort out our cruise check in and ended up booking a trip to Canada and ordering currency for our Caribbean cruise. Lesley was amazing sorting everything out for us, and we were there so long, Leanne made me a cup of tea 😂

Nadine at Hays Tonypandy was amazing. I went in looking for prices for three holidays this year. I came out having two booked and going back in a couple of weeks to bool the third. I'll never go anywhere else. All staff members are so lovely!

I appreciate you have apprentices but would have preferred an experienced travel agent. She was very friendly but seemed somewhat confused a couple of times and had to ask a colleague for advice.

The agent took time checking a lot of sites before finding the one we took.

Although we had a good idea of where we wanted to take our short winter break. Our representative Leanne was very helpful in looking for possible cheaper alternatives and destinations. After deciding on our original destination and hotel, our holiday was price matched and booked. This the second year we have chosen Hays due to very professional staff, pleasant environment and competitive pricing. Thank you
