An older traveller..reassured
Not having travelled much for the last 15 years I am now able to travel to Scotland to see my only family. My confidence is lacking but Aimee and her colleague went out of their way to secure me the flight to Edinburgh from Southampton and return within my preferred dates and at times which will be easy for me to travel to and from the airports. I am delighted. Aimed couldn't have been more helpful and reassuring. She put my mind at rest about all my worries about making the journey and could not have been any kinder or more professional. A credit to Hays Travel Totton indeed.

Friendly and helpful
Even though it was quite late in the afternoon and the branch only had 2 staff, Lin was very helpful and made booking my holiday a breeze.
