Our experience was excellent
our experience was excellent. We had gone into the branch for possible holidays to the carribean and the young lady concerned sent us e mails with the details of 3-4 possible holidays. We looked through the quotes and looked into the hotels. We then found the same holidays for less money and when we went back into Hays the young lady looked up all holidays to the hotel we liked and found the holidays cheaper and so we booked the holiday with her help. She was very helpful, pleasant and professional and saved us money.
