I went in to my local store in Wakefield to ask a simple travel question with no intention of booking a holiday one of there travel agents then Mis sold me a holiday to Athens using jet 2 at a higher cost over £100.00 more then it would have been if I had Just simply booked through jet 2 plus the date I already had in mind to travel and already checked the prices beforehand I went there we’re quoted much higher than on the jet 2 app and website so this is clearly wrong and using this to make you think you are a getting a much cheaper better deal with them please anyone reading this review don’t book with hays travel go direct to the airline or travel company

Great knowledge & service
Sam was great at explaining the itinerary for our Canada trip. Apart from 3 key experiences we were unsure of what to do/ where to go. He made sure we were 100% happy with everything.
