The sales person named Shannon was very helpful this is not my first time booking with Hays and it won't be my last. I do recommend Hays to family and friends and they have booked with Hays too. As usual the staff provided an excellent service making booking the holiday easy all in all a pleasant experience and we will carry on using this Walsall branch for booking our holidays in the future

We looked at several holidays (Long Haul) but had destinations in mind. We successfully booked Mexico on the dates required and at our chosen hotel. We were also able to choose the type of room that we required and the right seats for our flight. All information relating to our holiday was successfully emailed to us on the day of booking.
The booking representative was efficient, polite and was knowledgably in relation to all the destinations we selected. The process was quick and easy. The experience was first rate.

Lydia at the Walsall branch was very welcoming, professional and helpful. Second holiday we have booked with Hayes and needless to say we will continue to book all our holidays with you!!

The member of staff was cheerful and polite, she helped me choose the holiday that best suited my need to be near attractions I wanted to visit,she went through all options for excursions it was like talking to a friend and I feel confident that I will have a good holiday ,very happy.

Too understand what a customers needs, do not try to sell something they do not wish, and will later regret.
The blame for a bad experience will always fall on the travel agent. Having used Hays before, I will get good advice, and more importantly will be told the "important but boring stuff".It is a good feeling to be treated like a fellow traveller.I would be happy to recommend Hays to experienced and novice travellers.Like many business it is all about the staff.
