I have been in to Hays travel a few times, and the whole team have been really helpful. They are all so friendly and knowledgeable.

Our experience with Dale was excellent. Dale was very friendly & dealt with our booking professionally & explained all about our cruise & shared some of his experiences on the cruise ships. Dale definitely helped us decide to book our cruise.

Recently returned from a P&O cruise on Britannia on its last trip of the season in the Caribbean and it was very good. The cruise was a fly out from Gatwick and sail back to Southampton repositioning cruise and whilst on board we discovered that we should have been advised there was a complimentary coach transfer service available that would have taken us to back to the airport we had flown from in order to collect a vehicle. This was not advised by the branch at the time of booking or subsequent visits we made to the branch prior to our cruise. On speaking with the Manager today, it was clear that the team were not aware of this complimentary service even though P&O is a partner company and Hays is a cruise specialist . Very disappointed with the Managers attitude and lack of empathy alongside their lack of knowledge that had led to us unnecessarily travelling on several trains and taxis to Gatwick airport and home again from Southampton port rather than in the comfort and ease of a car and coach. Trust in the branch has been lost.

Very easy to deal with and understood exactly what I wanted with regards to upgrades. Holiday booked without any problems and all details explained efficiently.

Staff are fantastic in this shop . Always pleasant , really polite, make you feel welcome, happy smiling faces . I won’t go anywhere else , always go to Hays

Courtneigh could not have been more helpful in sorting out the problem that I took to the Warminster office. They are always very cheerful and helpful there.

We always go to Hays as customer service is great Dale knows from reliable customers what we want as has been for many years also the other staff are very friendly

The agent was well informed, courteous and very efficient. With her help, we were able to identify the holiday we wanted and got it booked very rapidly and with no fuss.
