The knowledge of the representative was very in depth. We asked questions that he answered quickly. We were made to feel valued as potential customers and felt easy about the transaction.

The friendly and helpful attitude. Couirtneigh went through what we would like on our trip to Canada and was able to arrange flights, hotels and transport. We were very pleased with the arrangements and would definitely use Hays Travel again.

Very helpful young lady ,sorted my holiday in no time .explained about hays travel card.

Megan answered the phone quickly and efficiently. She provided the brochures relating to my enquiry. Then later took my booking over the phone. All is well.

To be able to talk to staff that know what they are doing and to get you what you want out of a holiday. The staff do everything for you and you have nothing to worry about ,just turn up with your case pack and go .the staff are just wonderful

My husband and I have book all our holidays at the Hays Travel Agency branch in Warminster, we have been using them now for the past 4 years. The staff in the Warminster shop are an asset to Hays Travel. Dale the manager and the 2 Megan's, Liam & the other lovely young lady are always polite, professional with good senses of humour!! All our holidays with Hays Travel have been marvellous and we wholeheartedly can't fault the team in Warminster. The branch is always welcoming and clean and tidy, the only negative we have found is that it's thirsty work booking a holiday - please Head Office CAN Warminster Hays Travel have refreshment facilities for your customers PLEASE 😊. The Nixon family.

I contacted warminster after seeing a holiday advertised on fb at hayes weymouth.
I asked flight times ect, any hidden extras.
Soon as she found everything i needed ,i was called back steaight away.
Lovely,helpful and made my experience very good.
I was sent email straight away.
Did the deposit vua link as i couldnt get to the store.
I dont live in warminster.
Direct debit was set up.
Copies of everything sent vua email and my invoice,paper copy us waiting in the store for when irs convenient for me to collect.
