GOOD SERVICE
The consultant who handled our holiday enquiry was polite, helpful and engaging. She took time to understand what we wanted and identified an appropriate specialist travel company to contact. Nothing was too much trouble and the resulting booking was reviewed and thoroughly explained.
The only reason for not giving 5 stars was the consultant's limited knowledge of the country we were travelling to. It is appreciated that this will probably improve with experience.
