Swift booking and hassle free

My wife and I had been considering a trip back to Mauritius for some time but having got our finances in place we went and made enquiries. We explained what we wanted and where on the island we wished to stay. We were offered several options and before we could go home and discuss it my wife made the decision for us and paid our deposit. The young lad made it so easy and we can’t complain about the great service we experienced.
We have booked with them in the past and surely will again.

We all think that the Wellingborough branch of hays travel we're amazing, we got to the store at about 4:30pm and we were greeted with a lovely lady called morag and she was very nice to us, she went through all of the opinions of holidays that would suit us, went we decided on a hotel they had trouble with the booking, but she made us very assured that we will be able to book it.
The other staff were making their way home but 3 members of staff stayed back to help us.

Was very helpful and didn’t try to sell us an expensive holiday

We told Maddie exactly what we were looking for and she found us the perfect holiday at a great price, she talked us through everything we needed to know, will definitely book all my holidays in the future through Hays travel.

My enquiry was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we got a great deal on the dates we wanted.

Planning a summer beach holiday with my daughter and looking online was overwhelming at times, decided to visit in store and see what options they had. Found a really good beach front hotel in Spain within budget and upgraded the food. We got 100 off as there was a promo. All so easy just like chatting with a friend about booking a holiday, lovely staff.

Had a good experience when myself and family members visited Hays travel to book a cruise. Had not used a travel agent for many years and found the friendly staff to be very helpful and informative. They listened to us and at one point, three advisers were looking for available cabins and managed to find just what we needed. Nothing was too much trouble and I would definitely recommend to friends.

Attention to budget and requirements. Although I feel the balance payment was due a little early.

Diane from the Wellingborough branch helped us out amazingly as we hadn't been abroad for nearly 20 years&our 13 year old daughter had never been abroad so we went in with an idea of the type of holiday we wanted and realised it wasn't really what we wanted in the end so her knowledge and expertise helped us choose the right holiday as she suggested somewhere she'd been before with her family and advised us so much to do that suited our family better the 3 of us came out of the travel agents buzzing with excitement for our special holiday so i can't thank her enough...

From the start Morag took on board all our requests for our once in a life time trip. She was very efficient and patience with us, as we had to keep changing the base, due to insufficient transport links. The trip was not going to plan but she persevered and we got our dream holiday booked. She went above and beyond especially working overtime. She is a credit to the company. This is our second holiday booked through Hays. It is the staff who make the company, as they are the foundations. Look forwarding to booking our holiday next year. We would thoroughly recommend Hays Travel to family and friends.
