Morag was very helpful and gave me quotes for flights, accommodation and transfers for three destinations in one trip. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Angela was equally as helpful and kept me updated with the progress of my booking. Would highly recommend Hays Travel to friends and family.

I contacted Hays Travel to take out their extremely good annual travel insurance policy to cover several holidays we are taking this year. Premium was very competitive as I am a 'senior' and hubby is much younger. Angela handled my query and arranged everything. Great policy and great service!

Booked a couple of short get aways with Ellagrace, who has been extremely helpful. Completely took the stress out of booking a holiday. Ellagrace gave plenty of options and recommendations.

As soon as we walked through the door the whole team greeted us with a smile (Rare these days .)Angela was exceptionally helpful and went to a lot of trouble to find what we were looking for . Also making sure we had all information including things like a card that we are now considering which we knew nothing about as well saying we could get our euros at the store,Angela made the experience easy and pleasant. What a lovely lady.
