We've booked a few holidays with Rebecca over the last couple of years. She's always very friendly and it's a pleasure to see her. The whole team are always very welcoming and booking holidays in the branch removes any admin stress... Booking the holiday, check-in and printing boarding passes etc. We always receive a great service for the whole process.

Naydee in the weymouth branch was absolutely amazing. No question was too much, she was very knowledgeable and helpful with many things.
She helped us to book the italy cruise we have always wanted to do and made sure we all had the information that we needed.

Cruise booked with Hays travel
Just booked another cruise with Hays travel, Chantelle was very helpful and friendly sorting out what we wanted and booking the cruise for us. Pity Hays can't sort the extra insurance for medical declaration anymore as that used to save us so much time trying to get through on the phone.
