We asked about our holiday thoughts and Ellie did the searching for us. She found what we were looking for and explained everything about our trip. She is really good at what she does 👍

I walked into your Widnes branch a few weeks ago and I spoke to Julie about flights to Florida. She was very helpful. There was no pressure to book, as I didn't have exact dates at that point. I went in the other day, again I spoke to Julie (she remembered me!). Again she was very helpful and we explored several options for my trip. I booked a flight and rental car. Great service. Highly recommend.

Firstly I acknowledge some delay with call backs resulting in me calling back the next day but I accept how busy things get and also some phone messages apparently not being passed on to relevant person which again resulted in no response this has happened a few times not just once. However this being said I must say the staff are very informative helpful and give you the time needed. Very happy to send info by email allowing you to go over and process. I give five stars as once connected the service is brilliant.

Phoned ahead and took Ellie couple mins to see if availability so popped down. She was fantastic. Professional and so good explaining what services Hays offer and will obviously take out all the stress of tickets etc etc.

We went to book a holiday and Ellie added value with suggestions and advice which we could not have discovered ourselves.
We were grateful for her assistance and expertise.

I would say that Hayes travel in Widnes is a fabulous place to go and research and book a holiday, all the staff make you feel very welcome and give great advice, , just booked a holiday with Ellie we got exactly what we wanted when we wanted to travel at a very competitive price doesn’t come better than that.
