Staff listened to what we'd seen online and came up with very similar alternative

Fantastic from start to finish, just popped in to enquire, the lady Debbie was amazing, listened to what we wanted and found us a great deal,

Once again the staff of Hays Travel Witham made us welcome.
Today we were served by Lois who knew exactly what we wanted and found two holidays for us to choose from.
The booking was taken in a very professional way, with everything confirmed at the end.

All the team are always really friendly and price match online prices. Only ever had a positive experience.

The team greeted us with smiles and were very welcoming. Darren helped us with our booking in a kind friendly way.

The experience was great because we got exactly what we wanted, an amazing holiday, all sorted and booked. Chloe helped us get the best possible deal, the right cabin location, dining experience and everything else that makes our cruise the best for us.

Booking process was simple and staff's knowledge of resorts was excellent. You can't get that human personal touch when you book yourself on line. Chloe was friendly and extremely helpful.

Our tour assistant Darren was fantastic,we left him with information on the holiday we wanted ( hotel and connections) as not in a brochure. In a short time he telephoned us with an option which we gladly accepted.Thank you Darren you did a great job.

Chloe (assistant manager), extremely helpful talking us thru all the options and prices, flight, train times then when we chose booking it efficiently while explain what was happening . Also asked if room upgrades, dining upgrades, trips wanted. Will happily book thru her again

I mainly make my own arrangements, but sometimes,especially if air travel is involved, go to a travel agent.In this particular case, Trudi was extremely considerate to me , taking plenty of time to ensure that someone of my age ,85, had as much time as necessary to consider the options she put forward to me., which relaxed me very much.
