The patience of chloe
The patience of chloe, dealing with booking our family holiday for next year in Portugal.
This is a holiday for nine family members, four adults, two teenagers and an infant.
Chloe listened and took into account all the criteria presented to her, she made sure that everything was fulfilled to our satisfaction and at the best price as an added bonus.
We saved a considerable amount going in to Hays travel, rather than had we booked direct with Jet 2.
I would never hesitate recommending Hays Travel in Witham, all the staff are super friendly, helpful and most importantly they are very knowledgeable.

I couldn't get the hotel I wanted and…
I couldn't get the hotel I wanted and asked for a room with twin beds and no one could guarantee me that so I had to book single rooms and that cost me a lot more money so not very happy if it was easy for single rooms it should have been easy for a room with twin beds
