Prompt response and ease of paying deposit

From start to finish, Rachel was very friendly, helpful and supportive. There are 5 of us travelling, myself, my eldest daughter and her 12 year old son and my youngest daughter with her youngest son who will be 5. Rachel took the time to check out all of the room permutations and prices, also taking into account flight times on different days. She even found us a private transfer at an unbelievably reasonable cost.
All in all a very positive experience. Thank you

Went into enquire about a flight to New Zealand couldn't fault anything about the travel agent, very helpful understanding and they went over and beyond to help me get the right one. Overall I would recommend them to all family and friends

The lady who sorted our booking, Rachel was very professional and attentive.

Aidan was very knowledgeable about the Canary Islands (best areas to go for some winter sun, hotel recommendations etc). He found us a good price for our last minute break away, nothing was too much trouble and he was very patient with us. We walked out of the store with everything we need including airport hotel and parking.

After we spotted an electronic display board showing a Rocky Mountains train tour whilst having a coffee we popped into the store for a chat. We can't thank the team enough. After our initial conversation with an extremely knowledgeable and helpful Rachel and subsequent conversations with an equally talented Paula we have booked our holiday of a lifetime.
We explained what we wanted from the holiday and we left it with them. What they came back with is simply sensational. Their knowledge clearly shining through. We can't find fault and I'm sure all future holidays will be booked with them.
