We have been dealing with Olivia and Rashida from Hays travel for a number of years they always work so hard in getting us the very best deal they can.This time was no different ,it's the extra attention to detail that they get you like flight times extra legroom etc,it really matters and they are always available on the phone or email whether your om holiday or home that extra security and personal touch is priceless 2 of the best in the business by far.

Hays Travel Yarm exceptional service
Just booked Florida for 2026 with Rashida at Hays Travel Yarm, who went above and beyond to help us get an amazing deal for the budget we had. She spent two days checking resorts and flights and even stayed past closing to ensure our holiday was booked when her system crashed and called us to keep us posted that everything was booked.
