Flight request to Australia
Can only describe the service that we received from Fleur and colleague as outstanding in booking our flights from the UK to Australia after we had endured a stressful time trying to book elsewhere.
The whole booking process from start to finish was very clear and easy to understand and at a cost which was within our budget. We left the shop with a great relief lifted from our shoulders, thanks again Fleur and colleague

Tried to pay for the holiday using your secure payment on a credit card but was rejected twice, was informed to contact my bank which I did, only to find the secure payment you use doesn’t accept credit cards payments … something you could possible learn by, than myself finding out the information,

A pleasure and professional experience from start to finish
It was a pleasure to be welcomed by an available agent so no queue although shop was busy at that time.
I explained which holiday and requests I wished from my holiday which was acted upon in a polite and professional manner at all times.
She explained the booking paperwork etc in detail and that they were there to help if need be. A real pleasurable experience from start to finish.
