Shelly listened to our ideas for our holiday and soon came up with a good suggestion for us. We hope our trip will be everything we hoped for. We booked on the same day. Everything was explained to us during the booking process. A very good service with an knowledgeable member of staff.

We visited the store mid afternoon but due to our requirements it took longer than expected to get our holiday booked however the staff were excellent and didn't rush us even though the store had closed by the time everything was sorted. They took the time to find out as much information as possible to make sure the holiday was suitable. Highly recommended!

Brilliant service, very helpful, provided good information on things that we need to do ourselves.

Anna was able to book an amazing holiday for us. Not an easy thing as I need an accessible balcony cabin of which there are very few. To add to that we like to be near mid ship with cabins both above and below.
She is so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond by getting into work much earlier than normal to try and book our cabin as well as others.
All the staff at Hays, Yeovil are superb, can't fault them.
