Have bought updated cctv camera (not fitted yet) to enhasnce the original set-up. Company easy to deal with and will goive back-up over the phone

HDCCTV service was excellent and were supportive to get the right system set up for domestic use. Delivery was speedy and after service support great as we fine tuned the system setup. Will use again and recommend, as I expand the CCTV network.

Cameras are really good and really easy to install. I feel so rest assured now I have cameras in my salon. Easy install app makes the whole thing perfect. The guy on the other end of the phone also very helpful.

I upgraded from a previous cctv system due to vehicle damage and the quality of these cameras are far superior - the XVision system i opted for is a bit more expensive than the previous system but well worth the money. The support and follow up from HDCCTV has been excellent. Highly recommended.

I bought the expensive £142.00 Xvision long range Camera with high power infareds and I had problems with the camera. The staff Gary and Colin and Patrick went out of there way to help me try and get it fixed. In the end i replaced the unit with a new one and problem was resolved. Would definitely use them again A1 super customer service and honest people. These guys are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. Thank you for a great service and replacement of faulty item.

Upgraded my older system to new HD based one, and as always Colin happy to advise on best options and provide email support on any trouble setting up. Highly recommended. Phone app provides better functionality than more expensive manufacturers and as I said, personal service is great.

HDCCTV provide a truly excellent customer experience for CCTV equipment. They go above and beyond when something goes wrong, provide excellent technical advice, and super fast dispatch. I've been repeat customer since 2014 and cant recommend them highly enough.

After the problems I had with my camera were not resolved due to technical difficulties with the website, I was not best pleased about the service. However, after contacting HDCCTV directly through their email system, they were able to resolve my issue and I am satisfied with the outcome reached.

Best price, next day delivery

I have been immensely impressed with the great support I got from HDCCTV when failing to be able to network the DVR system I purchased from them over a year ago. After a lengthy telephone conversation the problem was found to be possibly two faulty cat5 cables at my end. No issue at all with the IQCCTV kit at all. The patience and willingness to help really impressed me. At no time was I made to feel silly due to my lack of general networking knowledge. Thanks HDCCTV

Did a lot of research for a new security DVR as our old one of 8+ years was giving problems. Our cameras are all Analogue so I wanted a system that would encompass the old cameras and also be able to switch, or include IP cameras as and when we upgrade. After a great deal of searching through endless DVR specs and offers from a national outlet ( and you really must compare the specs) I decided to go with XVision, the AHD XHR 1080D4H (the 'H' being the key), which is a hybrid that will take both Analogue and IP cameras. Ordered with 1 HD 2.0 professional camera and have just finished installing. Results are excellent, will replace my other cameras as soon as I can. HDCCTV have extremely useful info on the website, far more intuitve than other suppliers. Very highly recommended.
