Door bell/video/intercom ordered Saturday arrived Monday.
Unit worked first time, Very pleased with video and sound quality.
Ideal for disabled or bed bound people.

Took their time advising me over a few weeks, I made many changes to my requirements and Raj was ever so understanding every time. Highly recommended as a company and equipment is great.

A great company! HDCCTV are very helpful, supply great products quickly, and in my experience are very responsive to emails.

My only issue is that there's no choice when it comes to delivery of low cost items. The only option at checkout is next day courier - which of course comes at a cost. I recently paid around £13 for delivery of a £20 ish power supply.

Great quality equipment, really informative videos helped with installation, great service sent equipment from two locations as out of stock on some bits at the warehouse, the whole order arrived next day.

When my NVR power supply failed I contacted Patrick who dispatched a new unit for next day delivery at no charge. Excellent helpful and friendly service. Would recommend without hesitation!

I thought I was going to have to fork out hundreds of £'s on a new DVR as my old DVR stopped working. Nope!!! called the guys at HDCCTV and they said to send it in to them and they will test & try fix it. They replaced the mainboard at a fraction of the cost of a new machine. Works a treat, got the system up and running again. No pressure at anytime to try and get me to buy a new one. Great Job.

Web site said free delivery and when I went to purchase delivery charge was outragously expensive. I cancelled order and did NOT purchase

When i decided to upgrade my cctv system for my Bar i very quickly became confused as to what equipment would best suit my requirements. The guys at Hdcctv were excelent on the phone advising me what would be best and explained everything in an easy to understand way. The new equipment is working perfectly and any teething problems have been sorted out through a phone call.

I have bought two systems now, one for myself and one for my father and I will purchase another one soon for my sister, what you ask for is what you get which is a rarity I find these days. The quality of the equipment is excellent and fairly straight forward to set up, the only gripe I have is the last system had a mouse with it and, oh dear it was cheap and nasty and broken when it arrived, but hey ho not worth sending it back and I don't want to complain and have another cheap thing arrive because I will replace it anyway. The nitty gritty comes into play if you have a problem or you don't understand something because the knowledge from these guys is second to none, I had a fault on my system and fair play they sorted it out remotely for me so five star treatment is always a bonus. You have all the choices you could wish for so go on do your research and then buy with confidence.
