I recently purchased a CCTV recorder and camera, but messed up and ordered incompatible components. HDCCTV picked this up and contacted me before debiting my account and provided excellent advise, which enabled me to order the correct components.

"First of all I wanted to say that I found you via a google and youtube search. It was your CEO doing a product review / comparison on YouTube that led me directly to your site.

It looks professional and says all of the 'right' things to entice someone into believing that you put your customers needs and service first.

To that end I gave my contact details for a survey for 5 or 6 camera system.

I was called early the next morning by a young Asian man, however the call kept cutting off because of a bad connection. On the 3rd attempt I was describing what I wanted and it became quite clear that the young man in question wasn't paying attention to what I was saying, nor what I had requested from the enquiry form.

This call then dropped.

I expected him to try again in a few minutes, or when hours had passed, assuming he was on other calls he would call the next day.

It's been several days and he still never called back.

I find this to be sufficient information to show just how much you care not only about a possible sale, but the quality and training of your staff and the level of service and aftercare I could have expected from your company.

If this has not been intercepted by that young man and immediately deleted before the management can read it, then I would strongly urge you to reconsider that person's employment or his position in the company, as you have lost an almost definite sale and a customer.

And if this is read by that same person, shame on you. You might not have your 'dream job' sailing around Monte Carlo with money and fame, but how you treat people and the customers of your employer says a lot about your character. And your character is severely lacking."

Really good quality cameras and the app makes it so easy to see what’s going on around the property.

Very easy to deal with and VERY helpful if anything is wrong as I found out, (turns out nothing was wrong)

Excellent company to deal with. Friendly, fast and when I had an issue with some hardware , it was resolved without any quibbles. Highly recommended.

Concerned when I bought main box it would not connect and link up with existing system. Took me 2 minutes to set up! If you have concerns talk to the company on the telephone. very helpful service.

Fantastic system, company and service! Will mention the after service as I had a couple of problems setting up my system but the guys were always there to help whether it was online chat or late night emails! Would 100% recommend! Also the 4mp set up is insane!
