Build quality of the HD IP cameras and junction base is very robust. It was also very easy to order the system from HDCCTV online and they offer great support for ordering the right parts. Also very easy to buy additional cameras as the need arises. I am very happy with the range of products on offer and can see myself being a returning customer!

Product is excellent, bit of delay in despatch of the camera due to start of the year, Rang a few times, no response. Otherwise good, will use again

A great range of products to suit every purse and need, which is a very difficult space to fill as technology now moves so very fast.

Can't fault the help and support either on the phone or via email. Have been buying from these guys for around 5-6 years now.

Amazing service from the team at HDCCTV. I've had my CCTV setup for around 2 years now and it's never let me down. I also bought a second set which is installed at a friends which he loves also. The customer service is amazing, a couple of times i've had issues so used the direct chat function where Gary resolved all my issues by remote access of my machine updating my firmware and also offering general advice. Would always use these in the future as not only is the product amazing, but the aftercare too!

The firs time I’ve used HDCCTV I’ve brought NVR and 3 cameras 🎥 . Installed it last weekend great product very good delivery with DPD . And will continue to use the product and recommend HDCCTV.

Fast delivery...cameras and DVR seem good quality....setup easy....worked first time...good customer service and advice. ( AND... they were right —- a Wi-Fi dongle doesn’t work —- you need two powerline adapters to connect to router )

I've owned an HDCCTV analogue/IP DVR for some time and in the past have used images from it to secure a prosecution. The police told me they were some of the best images they had seen. I've just bought two more cameras to add to the system and HDCCTV help over the phone and buying process was excellent.

Quick accurate delivery on 3 different purchases. Documentation included in the box is in my experience relatively poor but the videos and technical support from HD CCTV is very good (quick response and very clear).

Always received a good service.
Any issues/questions have been resolved quickly.

Good equipment with great service. Poor packaging and overly-expensive postage lets this company down.

Sent items to billing address not delivery address, redispatched and promised items the next day, this did not happen either. All the while I am trying to complete a job working away extra expense of hotels, labour all spent waiting for promised materials that didn't turn up. After all that no offer of reimbursement and NOT ONE APOLOGY FOR THE INCONVENIANCE.

Bought a hybrid DVR but had some difficulty setting it up to work with IP cameras - HDDTV were very helpful and spent some time helping me over the phone. So nice to to be able to call for help - friendly company highly recommended
