Just bought my 7th camera off this company and what always sets them apart is their in depth knowledge of setting them up over the phone when you hit a snag with new protocols. Yesterday they sent me clever device search widget and a special user guide to set up the new camera on my older Planet 16 port switch. One five minute phone call, couple of obscure setting changes and it is now working.
Great to have guys at the end of the phone who know their equipment.

I had a cctv set up from a professional supplier who were great but the DVR was a serious pain, it needed costly and time consuming setting up, this needed doing three or four times, they charged £50 per time so this got to be an annoying “essential” added cost.
I decided to try HDCCTV and get a similar DVR and connect it to my existing system, it all looked too good to be true as the systems offered looked just as good as I had but without the premium pricing, the DVR arrived and it was swapped out for the annoying one and it worked imediately, no special remote set up needed, just an Ethernet connection and it was on line, the intelligent detection is superb too.

I’d recommend HDCCTV to anyone, very good equipment and prices, delivery was quick too.

Been looking for a decent, proper CCTV system for my home. Wanted to avoid the useless ebay selection of chinese junk. This site contained all the relevant information to allow a decision to be made. The videos are excellent at providing an overview of the products, (a picture paints a thousand words). There does not appear to be anywhere else that provides this much detail which is important when investing in something like this. The products I bought were exactly as per these videos and meant I already knew exactly how to install them and set up the system before they even arrived. There is a notable quality to the products and I will be sourcing more from HDCCTV. Really happy and would definately recommend to anyone. A+

Just updated part of my CCTV system. The staff are really helpful and Gary in particular helped me integrate some of my older camera's into the new IP CCTV system. I wouldn't bother looking at any other supplier because customer service is second to none. Great guys keep it up.

The DVR unit never arrived within 2 days. After the 4th day I called up and was told it must have got lost in the post and that they would have to send out anothe one and that I'd have to await delivery until after the weekend and that there was nothing else they could do to speed up the delivery.

Waited about a week before item eventually arrived.

Great customer service, Obtained all the information that I required for my new build setup, staff were able mto go through my requirements. 6 x 5mp HD Cams and NVR, all working perfectly. Top stuff, will recommend and use again personally.
