Quite easy system to fit(Well for some anyway )with very good day vision cameras ! However desapointing night vision ( need extra security lights to help !)

Great Customer service and product, from placing the order the system was delivered in less than 24 hours, the set up instructions were so easy to follow and the system works well.

Had to call for advice which was easy and the advice good and staff helpful, cant ask for anything more!!

The purcahse of the system I bough went really well and Hdcctvwere veryg good at answering questions.I have yet to install the system but hope to do so tomorrow and will then hope it goes as easy as the seller says.

Within half an hour of this post i received an email and text confirming delivery of correct item. Whether coincidence or someone has seen review. Will upthe mark to a 4 from 3. May go down if wrong part sent again

Placed order recently. Part of order was wrong. Phoned them up and someone was meant to look into it and get back to me. Hopefully they are still trying to resolve the incorrect dispatch but after over a week, dispatch must be a long way from the phones as still heard nothing. Very disappointing

Responded quickly to my request for a quote. Order arrived within a few days. Answered my email query quickly.
No problems. Would use again.

Iwas pleased with the service service I have so far received, although it’s been a little while since I purchased this product. I have not used it yet,because I am a disabled pensioner and I am waiting for it to be installed

Always had a great experience in dealing with Hdcctv. I have bought all my ip cameras and a nvr from Hdcctv & have always received excellent advice when needed, either on the phone or email. I highly recommend Hdcctv for all your cctv needs.

The only issue i have is that i never got a dispatched email ! so i was not able to track my order, otherwise everything was 5 star.

Excellent company to deal with. Despite my multiple emails to Colin asking all manner of weird questions, I always received a fast response which answered my queries in full. The equipment I finally bought is excellent quality which I'm very pleased with.

My experience buying CCTVs from this company is positive. The sales staff are knowledgeable and give advise on the purchasing and setup of your device. Goods are dispatched promptly once they receive your order. I will buy again from them.
