We had a toilet blockage - relating to some drainage issues in the pipes outside - and the engineer was absolutely first class resolving it. He was professional, explained things clearly and did a really thorough job. 100% satisfied customer.

Had 5 different so called heating engineers out to fix boiler over the last two months all saying different things and still not fix

This is a really excellent company and I have been using them for many years. The engineers are very thorough and very professional. Its very easy to book appointments and the support provided by the customer service is exceptional. A special mention for Jade in Customer Service who really went out of her way recently to help me with a time consuming query. She was very responsive, professional and considerate with a great personal touch. Thank you Jade and thank you Heatcraft.

Professional engineers backed up by a professional customer service team when you call them. We had a problem with our boiler, Heatcraft diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered in the part. We called the customer service team twice and both times the call was answered straight away and solutions provided. When it looked like a part might take a few days to arrive, they were able to source the part from another location the same day and arrange an appointment to fit it. At the coldest time of year, this level of professionalism and customer focus is very much appreciated. Thank you.

It’s usually easy to arrange an appointment that suits you and the team conduct service and repair quickly and don’t leave a mess.

Jack arrived on Sunday afternoon to my property on behalf of my insurance company. We had low water pressure on our boiler. Jack drained the boiler down charged our expansion vessel. On further investigation he found a leak on our drain valve outside. He changed the washers to stop the leak and then showed us how to top our boiler pressure up in the future.

Very impressed with Heatcraft’s services. Jack called us on his way and we was able to track him via the app.

My initial appointment was delayed to 5 days later despite that it was booked in advance 6 weeks ago as I need to take time off work.And when the engineer turned up took him less than 15 minutes to diagnose and said he couldn't replace my bathroom tap due to some cold water pipe closure even didn't bother when told the main can be shut from the cock stop.And asked me to find someone else.I have been using Heatcraft for years but the staff or maybe this particular staff is incompetent.And refused to take off his shoes when politely requested.But on the review Henry one of staff courteously removed his shoes as per written review by another Heatcraft customer.Never use this company ever again

Booked a boiler service which never occured.he broke a part off the boiler and
The liar highlighted several problems which I didn’t believe so Had an independent engineer out and no problems detected
The word cowboy was used

Useless company.. The engineer came ... Couldnt fix it.
Said someone one from the company would come back re parts etc... Had to chase them constantly... Excuses like waiting to speak to manufacturer.... Will come back to you ... Never call back. I have to chase with same excuses... Eventually they closed the case...without informing me.......

What they haven't mentioned is that....
They were responsible for the job and advised me that they would call me back with an update after speaking to the insurance company.
They never called me back . Without heating and hot water in my house this was extremely urgent for my family. So I chased them constantly . They never acted on their promises to call back

They just ignored the job and my problem. Finally when I called the insurance company directly they were surprised the fault was outstanding. They assigned an alternate company who came in on the same day and fixed the task without any fuss or drama. My complaint is not against the insurance company but this particular organisation who were tasked to do a simple job but failed for whatever reason and prolonged the ordeal for a family unnecessarily

Heatcraft came to fix a boiler in my rental property under my home emergency policy. First the engineer told the tenants he could fix it then he decided it was beyond economic repair. The tenants asked if they needed to inform me but the engineer said Heatcraft would. I called Heatcraft to find out if the engineer had arrived etc., not knowing he had left 30 minutes ago, Heatcraft didn’t tell me he’d left or that the boiler couldn’t be repaired, I found out when I called my tenants. The Heatcraft engineer also inaccurately told my insurance company that my boiler was over 25 years old when it is not, it is 17 years old, the age/installation date can be determined accurately from the serial number, maybe he couldn’t be bothered…. I also wonder now whether his diagnosis was accurate or if he just couldn’t be bothered to fix it. Very poor communication and inaccurate information.
