I have dealt with many Estate Agents in my time but this company came out trumps from the start to finish.
The company was very professional in all my dealings with them.
Mikhil Babla who dealt with all aspects of the letting was just excellent in every aspect.

Absolutely rubbish customer service
Absolutely rubbish customer service.
No one bothers to call you back or respond to your emails.
They do not even provide the basic services to a tenant yet expect the rent to be paid in full and on time.
I’m currently renting a property with them and my only advice would be look for better agency they do not stand on any of their commitments.
They do not even deserve a 1 star rating.

Great experience with Henleys,get Mikhil as your sales person!
We were looking for a place in Isleworth as my son got his school admission there and my husband been transferred to Ealing. Contacted Henleys and Mikhil was the one who answered the phone. He is amazing sales person. He gave you the best advice and based on what you need. The good thing also he is not pushing you to decide on what is best for their company but what is best for you and the family. I can highly recommend Mikhil as your point of contact.
