This is an update on my boiler experience with Here4Heat based in the Chichester aria, read my forma review for full story. This is an update it’s now around a year on since exposing this company for dangerous and blatant neglect practises, having brought in another boiler plumber and installer to put right all that Here 4 Heat had done I.E. leaving gas joints undone and claiming the smell was simply exhaust smell from the outlet pipe, and I need a new boiler, as it was my boiler being only a few years old was not at fault in the slightest, once it had been tested by an independent plumber and all gas connections tightened up properly I can now report my gas use has dropped considerably where as I had been using a 47kg bottle nearly once a fortnight now I have only bought 3 bottles since last year speaks for its self, my warning is be very careful who you trust and if in doubt get that second opinion.

Excellent service. Water tank was leaking through ceiling. Came out within hours, fixed it, repairers were courteous, hard working and tidy, good price. Really happy.

Arriving at the time they said they would is an increasingly rare thing these days. The work was completed in the time frame and to an excellent standard. The job was not straightforward but problems were dealt with and the house was left clean and tidy. Best of all, of course is that we have a new boiler and a warm house. Thank you again.

Here4Heat sorted out air conditioning for me in my home as I don’t get very good air circulation. I was conscious of the installation and running costs but after discussing my options and settling on a system I’m happy with the outcome! Running costs have been reasonable so far, ready for the warmer weather now (when it arrives)!

Waited around all day….they never bothered to turn up to do the quote!

A very efficient, professional company. The guys who put in our new boiler were very helpful, spending time to explain in detail anything that we weren't sure about.

I have used Here4Heat previously and had good experience for oil to gas heating by engineer Shane.

Unfortunately totally let down and verging on dangerous for air conditioning install, it seems reading another review anything they touch outside of heating ends up beyond their abilities.

Issues;
1. Condensation drain pipes not installed correctly and therefore blocked, this was corrected during a call out however left me with uneven trunking.
2. We noticed one of the indoor units was un-level, along with strange noise during operation, 2nd call out resolved the uneven unit and reassured the noise was normal
3. Gas leaked in our daughter’s bedroom at midnight, luckily we heard on the baby monitor a jet of air! 3rd call out and on inspection the flare joint was wet and a considerable leak had occurred. The engineer did not know how to take the gas away so was left in the outside unit, gas was removed by another party.
4. No pressure testing was carried out during installation
5. The external 32amp breaker was installed with top feed supply and when opened a few months later was found to be full of water
6. Two of the ac gas pipes on a corner were kinked
7. No spring clips were used on condensation lines

Steve is decent enough but given all the issues I lost trust in Here4Heat and I decided to go with another company to put right. It has cost me over £2,500 to have the system completely redone some of the above issues were only found when the previous work was removed.

Here4Heat offered £500 for the hassle, as I had already gone with another company and had needed a working system I had no choice but to accept the offer.

I was really pleased with the team that did the work, tidy, careful and respectful. They were a credit to the company.
The quality of their work was excellent and they worked well as a team. This gives the client confidence in the outcome.

January is never an easy time to find someone to fix your boiler, but the team at here 4 heat are literal lifesavers, from the first call to the office to the final fix I felt in safe hands throughout and would recommend them to anyone I know.

I can only add to what most reviewers think. Our new WB boiler (and replacement radiator) was installed on time, professionally, quickly and cleanly by friendly staff.

Here for Heat is my regular service company for boiler maintenance. This week they installed a smart heating system enabling me to control each room in the house individually. From the moment of designing the system needed to ordering and installation, it has been faultless. We are delighted with the result and equally delighted to have a reliable, local, company offering high quality service standards at a fair price.

Here4Heat were recommended to us by our friends. Firstly we only waited a short while for the work to be done after the initial quote. The work was going to take 3 days. My husband and myself were very impressed with not only how punctual Shane, Ethan & George were but how hard they worked and how tidy they left our bungalow each day. Shane kept us up to date with how the work was going and took the time to explain everything clearly to us. The whole process was dealt with very professionally, from our initial contact with Steve and then Shane who came to see what sort of system we wanted; we were so impressed at how knowledgeable he was and when the quote came the following day, which was very competitive, it was a no-brainer to use Here4Heat. Last but not least a big thank you to Donna in accounts for being so prompt and efficient with her communication. Great job everyone!

A boiler breakdown on Friday out of guarantee and we had guests! Here 4 Heat managed to source a part and fit in a call out to fit it in one trip on Monday morning between other jobs. Couldn't be more helpful and flexible.

Another great boiler service from Here4Heat. Very friendly and helpful engineer and absolutely no mess or hassle and at a very competitive price too.

These guys serviced my old Potterton boiler for several years. They have recently installed a replacement Worcester Bosch boiler for me. I've always found them knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with, punctual and tidy. Highly recommended.
