These are the guys to go to! Phoned at 0930 to report a faulty boiler and by 1100 the boiler was fixed. Knowledgable guys who provide a great service. Highly recommended.

Here4Heat did a thoroughly professional job at a competitive price fitting our new combi-boiler. We had had an unsatisfactory experience with an organisation insuring our old boiler against breakdown and we now have real peace of mind that the manufacturer's warranty on the new boiler will be backed up by Here4Heat who are also able to carry out annual servicing. A small but important point worth noting is that the admin/paperwork appears to be dealt with as a separate task thus allowing the engineers to concentrate on what they are best at - namely the technical aspects of the work.

Because of this we decided to ask them to fit a new modern boiler.
Bit of a mistake.
The workmen left with, according to them, everything working well.
Except two radiators were leaking, one copiously, and another one did not work at all.
Next morning when it was raining heavily we found that we had an extra cold shower on the landing and in the airing cupboard due to the damage they caused to the roof when installing the flue.
Fortunately we have a very good reliable builder who was able to repair the damaged roof professionally.
Blame fell on one worker who was dismissed because he was apparently solely responsible for everything which went wrong, other than global warming.
They were very kind to me, making sure I do not get bored, leaving me with plenty of light internal damage to make good myself.
The boss of the company is full of apologies for absolutely everything he can think of, other than the government.
They did manage to make sure everything was working properly so no more problems, but do keep your builder's phone number close to hand

A superb team of workers who repaired and renewed a difficult job with our heating system. The men were efficient and polite during bitter weather working conditions and matched the outside brick colour beautifully. All in all they did a fantastic job and we are very pleased with our new heating/boiler system.

Steve (the owner) contacted me within minutes of my request on the Worcester Bosch site for a quote to replace my old boiler. He was able to visit my home within a couple of days to assess the installation requirements. During his visit he was able to answer all of my questions very clearly with no bull and came over as very knowledgeable, competent and experienced. I received a very competetively priced quote for the job by the end of the week and agreed an installation date. Unfortunately, the date had to be changed due to the Engineer being ill but Donna at the office very quickly rescheduled the job. On the day of the installation, Dan and Ethan arrived promptly and completed the work very efficiently by the end of the day. To sum up, this is a very professional and reliable company offering very competitive prices and I would highly recommend them.

Here4Heat provide a really first-class, efficient service. They came out on call-out within 30 minutes to check our boiler which wasn't powering up properly after a local power outage and gave a 100% correct prognosis, which meant we didn't have any extra to pay on top of the call-out charge which was very reasonable anyway. Dan was super-knowledgable, polite and efficient. I've used them again for a toilet repair which was just as efficient and value-for-money. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Here4Heat.

First class service
Steve and his team cannot be beaten when it comes to service and work. I had a Worcester Bosch boiler fitted recently and they had to travel up from Chichester to Godstone to carry out the installation. Shane and Ross worked tirelessly from start to finish and were tidy and clean, even vacuuming my carpet at the end. I am so grateful to all the Here4Heat staff, including Donna who could not have been more friendly and helpful each time I telephoned. I can thoroughly recommend this company.

excellent service replacing our old oil boiler, the flue install was quite difficult due to the pitch of the roof, but Shane and the guys did a fantastic job, put everything back, doors etc and the boiler works a treat, would definitely recommend A+++
