I have been using Here 4 Heat for a couple of years now, mainly repairs to my 16 year old boiler, I have always been impressed with the service. It came time to replace the boiler, the price was reasonable and Steve was so helpful. The Engineers were fantastic, they replaced the old boiler and flue, nothing was any trouble. Everything was tidied up and they took time to explain how it all worked. The service was brilliant. I have already recommended them to a friend. Thank you everyone for your wonderful service

Over the years I have used a number of heating companies to service my boiler. The variations have been enormous. I have used 'Here4heat' on a number of occasions within the last couple of years & I can honestly say they are reliable, utterly competent, professional, exacting & everything you need to keep a vital heating system in order. I have also taken out their annual boiler cover which is much cheaper than others, yet delivers a high standard of service. I cannot recommend them enough for delivering a standard that others should live up to.

We recently upgraded the central heating.Here4heat was recommended by a friend,and as they had the lowest quote they got the contract.
The guys turned up on time,which was reassuring.I was impressed by the young team,it was good to see young guys being trained by an experienced leader.
They were friendly and very hard working.
They faced a problem, due to our system being full of sludge.The problem was resolved when the guys got a more experienced person added to the team.
Overall ,Very helpful,hard working and competent.
I won't hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

We had a new gas boiler fitted in September by Russ the engineer and apprentice Jack,they worked hard to complete all the work needed.
Russ and Ethan came the next day to complete the work,apart from a wiring problem which they soon solved,the boiler was up and running and we were pleased with it.We also liked the neat brickwork done to fill in the old boiler vent hole. A day or so later Russ came back to box in the pipe work.
A few days later we had a problem with the water temperature , got in touch with Here4Heat. They were very prompt in sorting it out. Russ came back it turned out our old pump could'nt cope with the new boiler and was overheating so we soon had a new one fitted, as a couple of days later Dave the engineer turned up to fit a new pump, and worked well to complete this, so everything back to as it should be.
All in all we were impressed with the engineers and their workrate, also very frendly.
Jack and Ethan the apprentices worked well and were very polite. A credit to the company would we use Here4Heat again? (YES)

From start to finish and all stops in between this company is impressive for the following reasons:

Dealt with the emergency of failed Honeywell thermostat by replacement with newer controls within a short time.

Very competitive rates and good service. Prompt to give a quote and quick to fit the boiler. I would recommend them.

I have used Here4Heat several times (fitting a new boiler, removing radiators and removing/disconnecting a gas hob). I have found Here4Heat professional, considerate, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Steve and his team are always friendly and helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend Here4Heat

The quote was very reasonable.
Shane, the plumber was excellent. He had to do some extra electrical work.

Finally a trustworthy plumber - thank you. Just had a water tank replaced for my elderly mother. Quote was speedy, very reasonable and in line with what I expected. A date was booked for the work and the appointment kept. Shane our plumber was absolutely super, he clearly knows what he is doing and took the time to explain how it all worked and even set the timers for us! Both of the apprentices that worked with him were a pleasure to have in the house too, they were very respectful, clean, neat and did a super job, excellent pipework and I will now be booking them for the annual boiler service as well. They even noticed that another plumber (different company) had incorrectly wired the boiler and sorted that out too. Would highly recommend.

We have been a customer of H4H for seven years; for regular boiler servicing and similar related heating /plumbing work as required. During this time we have met a number of engineers all of which have been professional with full knowledge and the technical skills for the task in hand. In our experience, you can use this company with confidence that Steve Moorhouse will ensure that his workforce and his own long-standing experience will provide a full assessment of requirements and a total quality approach for all their work. On this occasion the company installed a new Megaflo Hot Water Cylinder, Steve very quickly sees the full picture of what is required and explains clearly what is needed to give the customer their best suited individual requirements, demonstrating an efficient and trustworthy company.
Engineers Shane and Jack show they are extremely good team members working well together, both are very polite and pleasant individuals, very quickly organised and quietly get on with the job. Their approach to work looks to be well-thought out in all aspects (must give a special mention to their pipe work, have not seen such a neat layout and work in years!). Shane took time and cares to explain in detail all the new workings which has to be described as total quality installation.
H4H have a very friendly and helpful office staff, always a nice warm welcome on the phone, good communication and follow up quickly if there is a problem. Seem an all round happy workforce! Highly recommended.

I would really recommend this company the service was excellent my boiler was repaired within a week of contacting them. Prompt and Professional. Even changing their work day to accommodate my working hours. Chris the plumber was faultless explaining everything he was doing polite and courteous. I cant thank them enough.

A wonderful company to deal with. Having previously had a new boiler fitted by Here4Heat I had no hesitation in using them to install a new radiator and replace a kitchen tap. Super job.

Our boiler broke down unexpectedly.
Here 4 Heat quoted us promptly for repairs or replacement. As we had no heating or hot water they fitted us in really quickly. The fitters did an excellent job very efficiently. We highly recommend Here 4 Heat.

I was supplied the details of H for H by Worcester Bosch direct. I found their approach polite, professional and knowledgeable. Staff were helpful & resourceful and the service was carried out professionally & their operative explained what he was doing. I would certainly use them again.

Here4Heat used for shower pump installation. So impressed with their quick and efficient service that we have just had them back to install new c h boiler. Steve arrived within a couple of days to explain installation options. Shane and Jack (installers) very pleasant, helpful and consulted us throughout installation. Everything left extremely clean and tidy. We are impressed with this company and have no hesitation in recommending them for any plumbing or heating work.

Our boiler needed replacing in December so by recommendation I called Here4Heat and Steve came out immediately to quote and we were squeezed in so we were not left without heating over Christmas.George and Louis installed the Worcester boiler and they were friendly, professional and very tidy. We arranged for them to come back to fit new rads and a pump in February and as soon as we were ready they came out straight away again , this time we had 4 of the team to finish the work and it was done in no time. We are happy with the boiler ,the work carried out on the pipes and new radIators too, very neat.The whole team are a pleasure to work with from the office through to installers, they make you feel valued and I feel confident they have installed the best boiler at a fair price for our requirements.

Just a note to register a formal thank you to Here 4 Heat Chichester for helping us solve a failure to our very elderly (20 years!) Worcester oil boiler.
In the days of customer service often leaving a lot to be desired, I was immensely impressed by the courtesy and professionalism of this Chichester based company from Donna in reception, through Steve’s phone support to Engineer Zak and his young colleague who remedied the situation very quickly.
I understand the team is 9 in number and I think I’ve met others of you in the past - so thanks to the entire team. What a breath of fresh air - you’ve lifted our spirits!
