Just had a replacement Worcester boiler installed by Here4Heat who were exemplary throughout. They had a few tricky bits to decommission from the existing system as well as an installation. They gave me confidence from the outset (including the initial survey) and completed the job to time and budget. It was a pleasure to have them on site at a tricky(Covid) time and I most strongly recommend them.

Once more impressed with the Here4Heat team! Kept informed about arrival times of the engineer by the lovely Donna for the appointment to fit the required parts as expertly diagnosed from their first visit. Parts fitted, boiler serviced & my elderly parents warm & cosy again! Invoiced as per quote. Despite being miles away, felt in control, informed & confident a long running issue was in very safe & expert hands & was going to be sorted!

This is an amazing company who have gone over and above to support my 92 year old aunt with her boiler. They have stuck with us over the past year, always helpful and always listening, from the manager to the admin staff! They have truly gone above and beyond to help and their work is exemplary and always a fair price. It’s a delight to do business with a company with old fashioned values and integrity .. I truly can’t recommend them highly enough!

Highly recommended, efficient and trustworthy company. We received a few quotes for our boiler replacement and relocation and Here4Heat came in at the most competitive price, although their overall manner and thoroughness when quoting was also a factor in going ahead with them for the job.
Both myself and partner had to leave the house at times during the install and had no concerns when doing so. The work has been finished well and on time too. Some of our gas pipework wasn't 22mm and so more digging and extra work had to be done to find the point where it was reduced, no extra charges were raised with us and we were told to call if we had any problems.
For all of the above reasons I would not hesitate to call again should I need more work completing and would recommend to anyone.

The engineer arrived promptly and gave good feedback on the state of the boiler leaving me with a printout of the test results.

I had a major boiler emergency and contacted Here4Heat late one afternoon. They explained they were busy and would be able to get someone to me in 3 or 4 days.When discussing the exact issue with an engineer over the phone they pulled out all the stops and had 2 people with me the next morning. They are extremely efficient, immensely friendly and I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone with heating issues..10 out of 10
