Wrong Part
I received the wrong part for a True freezer. Contacted Heritage and spoke with Mae Mercado. He contacted True and they told him it was the write part for the freezer. He contacted me and I sent him a picture of the part. He said he would talk with true. He did and they found the correct part. It was more that I could afford at this time. He was told and sent me the return number and later I received a UPS packing slip. We are a small seasonal restaurant and have not idea if we are opening this year. I will continue to recommend Heritage and to give you my business.

A call to your parts department!
I called your parts department late in February and talked to Ann Cayer, asking about parts for an older Garlan liquid propane grill Md. Number 454671. She e-mailed me a parts book for this grill and I figured out the part numbers that I needed and e-mailed her the part numbers I was looking for. She replied back that these were no longer available, so I asked if I could contact the manufacturer direct, she gave me their number. I called and asked for their parts department and a very helpful person informed me the numbers change up and I wrote them down. I e-mailed Ann back and had her check stock and found you had these items so ordered them and now have them. I was very impressed with the service both from Ann and the person at Garland, so kudos to all!
