Amazing service
so far i have dealt with heritage parts Canada 3 times for some parts and every single time it a so easy to order online the parts are exactly what I needed , the price very competitive but most of all is the exceptional service and delivery.

Don't Waste Your Time
Part was ordered and website says "ships today". Shipping confirmation came following day. Website indicated 1-2 business days shipping. Four days later, no sign of part. Replied to shipping notification as instructed, email bounced back as undeliverable. Sent email to "Parts Help". No reply.
Called customer service. Will investigate and call back. No call back.
Called customer service again. Different person will investigate and call back. No call back.
Called next day. Problem was with UPS who lost package. Parts will now arrive next day. I will believe it when I see it.
Will never order from Heritage again. This is the 2nd time that this has happened to me.
Used a competitor that guarantees overnight shipping and have never had an issue.
Customer service needs work.
Bad experience for a simple fan motor.

I have had excellent service every time I have called for assistance. This last time a gentleman by the name of Michael Young helped me and he was fantastic.
