Service is generally good, but the new on-line site ain't so great. Can't find certain standard parts for refrigeration equipment, so I have to email Robin or someone else just the same.
Shame too, the concept is great. We already order on-line with Lennox, saves so much time waiting on the telephone or for an email response.
