I waited for an hour for a car that I had reserved.
The car was moderately clean

Quick checkout, clean and newer car, quick return.

Easy check in and return. Great vehicle.

Terrible service. Presidents Circle Member. Was hoping to see car waiting for me on board in garage. Said "see desk" after my name. LONG LINE for 1 agent in garage. Waited 30 minutes, hardly moved in 85 degree temp. Called local number. They finally found a vehicle for me way on other side of garage parked by itself. Smaller vehicle than I reserved, but I was tired of waiting. Vehicle looked like it had not been washed in a month. All scratched up. Still charged for higher reserved car for this downgrade. Tried contacting local hertz office several times - no response at all. Tried complaining at rental turn in. Was told to go to the garage office. NO THANKS, not that again. Absolutely terrible service.

Very fast at check in and check out. We had a question on our registration as it appeared differently on our mobile check in. The manager promptly addressed it and we were on our way! All was smooth and the car was perfect for a group of 6. We always use this Hertz - great location and friendly staff.

When we have questions there is no customer service. We saw and were sold a "Fuel Purchase Option" offer for $75.00 on screen at time of pickup and ended up paying $119.52. I have tried to call with no luck in any way to correct or discuss.

Confusing of which vehicle to get at carpark. No assistance. People just grabbing cars they found. Final fee way more than anticipated. Over a thousand.

The ease of picking up your rental at any airport speaks volumes for attaining GOLD Member status.

The agent who assisted me was very helpful. Because of hurricane Lowell, we had to change our trip from Kauai to Maui, instead. The process was seamless.

Smooth process and car ran good

Very efficient rental, vehicle was good and staff were helpful. If renting at Kalahui Airport, it helps to do the online check in and go straight to the Hertz vehicle. It’s not worth taking the tram unless you are dragging a lot of luggage. If you are going to Costco, pay attention to your maps guidance because it’s easy to miss the turn and end up on a long not very scenic detour. Yes Costco has gas.

Car was what I requested. All good.

The gentleman who helped us when we got upstairs to get our car was so helpful, friendly and had a great personality. He told me I was a different status than I originally thought and got us into the best vehicle available. My regret is that I didn't ask his name to recognize him.

Good car; had an intermittent squeak in the rear area of the car!!!

It was great to just walk to the lot, pick out a car in the row and go. So much easier. That gives Hertz an advantage
