Dirty and smelly interior
I didn't get the vehicle type I reserved. I reserved a compact and got a standard. I didn't notice until after I left the airport that it was filthy inside and had a weird smell. The car droved ok, and both picking up and dropping off went smoothly.

On my booking
On my booking. It clearly says what car im going to have but i did not get the specific car i rented out. I reserved for a mercedes and i got infiniti instead. I always use HERTZ and i never had an issue. I book directly from hertz too. This is unacceptable

Great options for vehicles...the vehicle I picked up had just over 3000 miles indicating Hertz tries to keep a "fresh" inventory. The check out and return processes were both very efficient.

Low Fuel
The car only had 1/4 tank of gas when I picked it up despite the paper work claiming it to be full. I did not notice this until after leaving the facility. Getting someone on the phone to deal with it was difficult. Once I got to an appropriate person it was dealt with, but getting to that point was unnecessarily cumbersome, difficult and time consuming.

My only problem was with the poor signs…
My only problem was with the poor signs for Hertz Gold board. I have mobility issues and went left towards Hertz signs resulting in my having to walk all the way down to the opposite side to see the Board.

Not the vehicle we paid for
I would of given you a 5 star if I would have received the suburban that was ordered. We need a bigger vehicle and the Expedition was not as big as what I reserved.

I had a very poor experience at the OGG
I had a very poor experience at the Hertz location at OGG Airport. The staff member was extremely unhelpful and had a dismissive attitude. When I asked whether any other SUVs were available as an upgrade—since I am a President’s Circle member, he told me that only a base-level sedan was available, even though I had reserved a Jeep Wrangler.
I could clearly see that there were many other vehicles available, but he deliberately limited my options to sedans. This is clearly not how Hertz should treat its President’s Circle members.
