They do all the work & make it so slick we hardly need to do anything.

Holiday Let Mortgage

I worked with Mark to find a funder to support the purchase of a holiday let cottage. The 'ask' was very challenging due to occupation restrictions on the development that all previous lenders had declined. However, Mark found a solution.
