Do not waste your time! Placed an order with them last week, still no updates and no information regarding the AE520 floor standing speakers order. I was calling the store twice a day and the store associate Mike was unable to provide any updates, he just said he has to email Aaron because he's placing orders and he'll get back to me. Finally they never pick up the phone from my caller ID, but they do from other phone numbers! Great business strategy! Still no updates and nobody from the store contacted me. If you (the store) offer a product and are unable to deliver it, just say you're UNABLE to deliver it and I'll find another product or dealer. Now I have to go with another brand and model, I think it will be KEF R11 and another retailer of course. Will report the situation to the Fidelity Imports - Acoustic Energy distributor in the USA.

I've had a number of great experiences here purchasing stereo equipment. I've purchased both new and open box items over the 16-17 years I've been going there. They sell a large selection of quality equipment. A couple times they let me take a demo.piece home to try in my own environment. You don't get that at a lot of places. Take a look at the brands they sell. You owe it to yourself to check them out!

Great Price Super Fast Delivery!!!
I ordered a very cool vintage style table top radio for my mom, and the one I ordered was on sale, plus HiDEF gave me an additional 10% off as a first time buyer. The radio arrived the second day after placing the order, which amazed me, and the product was even nicer than I'd expected. Very pleased with this company, and happy to recommend them.
