Great customer service, great price, fast shipping, awesome experience

Bought a Hana cartridge for my boyfriend for Christmas. When fedex delivery got delayed, the guys at HiDef came through and had one overnighted to me so I wouldn’t have to worry about it. Not only is the product great, the company really cares about customer service. Highly recommend!

Phoned Hi Def Lifestyle after seeking a particular component. Since they had one in stock (and I wasn’t locating any elsewhere), The component arrived okay but internal packing showed impact. A quick phone call to describe what I had, followed with a return label to send it back. No quibbling and very understanding. I would not hesitate to order or do business with HiDef for any purchase.

I had not heard of HiDEF; reviews provided helpful information. Turnaround on the order was quick. Open-box item arrived with all normal accessories. Small damage on a corner of the turntable base looks to have been repaired at some point. Something like this was expected; does not detract from function nor appearance. Set up was easy. Our firs listen is Zappa's "London Symphony lyrics Orchestra, Zappa vol.1". Very awesome way to return to music enjoyment through vinyl!!!!

Great price for demo product. A power cord was missing and was sent by 2 day shipping once I identified it as missing or I would have given a five star review.

Awesome communication with Tim... very friendly and professional. Great deal and speakers arrived in excellent condition... mostly due to the strong boxes and smart packaging from Focal.

Great price on original purchase but website site neglected to inform that product was on back order even though sale was confirmed and my account charged. Didn’t receive shipping confirmation for over a week so I called and found out purchase was on back order and they couldn’t give me a firm date when item would be in stock again. Staff was helpful and polite on the phone but didn’t call back twice after saying they would. This was all probably due to busy holiday season. I would shop through the website again but would follow up immediately with a phone call.

These folks are willing to do what it takes to make you, the customer, happy by positioning the correct product for your need. They did for me and they will for you if you purchase from HiDEF. The item I ordered was out of stock at the supplier for the year. I chose a different model but asked to confirm that this model was available before I purchased-if not available this would cause another failed sales transaction and refund. They gladly did so and we were able to do business. I will do more business with them as my needs come about.

My experience with HiDef was exemplary! There was a minor issue with my order, that was quickly addressed and resolved by Dylan Thomas, and only a few days later, my speakers arrived.

I couldn't be happier and will absolutely be doing business with them in the future!

I was looking to improve my speaker cables, I spoke with Tim and he helped me choose Type 4 Audioquest. I was thinking about them, when he told me that Audioquest was upgrading the Type 4 to Type 5 at the same cost for a limited time. THAT SOLD ME !!
