My error in ordering expensive speakers resulted in 2 sets of speakers! I notified Chris in the restocking department and his options let to a more than satisfactory resolution. Great first time experience with this company. Great prices on quality products!

Ordered 2 subs on May 30th. Paid for expedited shipping. June 5th rolls around and we hadn’t received anything so I emailed hidef. Apparently the subs we ordered are a “Pre-order” item [no it did not show that in the website so we weren’t aware of this before ordering] so as of today June 19th we still have not received our new subwoofers. It would’ve been more convenient to just go to a store rather than waiting 3+ weeks.

New customer and I was ordering online. I placed an order for a single bookshelf speaker. Shortly after placing the order I received a call from HiDef Lifestyle just checking that I was aware that the speakers were sold as individual speakers, not a pair. Nice touch and good to know that they are reviewing their orders.

First Sony TV received had a blemish in the screen, HiDEF Lifestyles were quick to replace the TV with one that is perfect. Good product, fast delivery and good price

Worst buying experience. Ordered headphones and recieved used product. Contacted customer service about returning the product,but no response. Tried many ways of contacting the sales,but no response. I would advise staying away from this site as there are many others who offer far better support.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE.

I had 3 interactions and only one situation was favorable.
I purchase a new set of speakers and when I opened the box I found a return receipt from a different customer. I felt deceived.

I purchased a discounted product that I was assure it was new, and the package looked retaped on the outside and it was in poor condition.

I spoke to a *Chris* and he was going to enquire about a discount and he never called me back.

I decided not to pursue the matter and would just prefer to distance myself from this company.

We had some difficulties with the pur chase, the first TV was defective, which we returned & received a second set that was good. We didn't get pamphlets to the TV or remote which we like that explain the functions of the TV and remote. We are happy with the TV.
