Even though I was only ordering a few adapters.

Terrible shipping department, almost lost a million dollar job due to someone not doing their job

I would have purchased from them but they cancelled the order after I placed it because the item was not in stock.

Tried twice to buy a item and both times was told item was sold out but when I called it was in stock. Both time was a mocha HDMI cable once had a price of 169.99 and second time tried to use coupon you sent me for 10% off seems kinda shady

Apparent bait and switch on Pioneer Elite UDP-LX500. I was offered a discount after the fact, when the player mysteriously was back in stock, but I had already purchased at a better price. So, I ended up losing out on saving $50 and HiDEF loses my business.

The only difficulty experienced was the search functionality, requiring precise subject nomenclature to display product and pricing. However, it appears they are working on improving the ease of the web search and processing of special/discount offers. [NOTE: After my first order, I received a 10% discount offer, but the code did not work and I finally gave up.] Overall, I am pleased with the customer service and will have no reservations in placing future orders.

This is the best electronic gadget website I have used. I order a home theater system , and it turned out to be out of stock. So The vendor called me and said he would honor the price when he got the new stock in which I thought was amazing. I then realized when I got the update to say my new system had shipped that I had ordered the wrong item.
I called in desperation. Not only did Dylan stop the shipment of the wrong order but organised the shipping of the system that I really wanted. He also gave me lots of good advice. I will certainly buy from here again on my next large electronic order. You cannot beat great personal family style service

I had a problem with there website when I tried to purchase a set of speakers not only did they fix my problem but told me as soon as the speakers came in they would send them to me. A week later my speakers came. I hope to use them in the future as they seem to be a good online company to do business with.

We bought the Tivoli clock radio and had looked all over for one in white. This was the only place that had it in that color. We got it the day after we ordered it and it's wonderful. I'd highly recommend this company.

You never shipped my speakers nor did I receive any updates. Terriable service

I ordered a center Chanel speaker and the next day I got an email saying they over sold the item and didn’t offer a replacement nothing at all

When I ordered the speakers they were advertised as being available. After several days I was informed that due to an inventory error they were not in stock and wouldn't be until a month later. These were for a Christmas gift. I understand errors but I find it difficult to believe it was a mistake. I have decided to trust in the given news that they will be in before end of January. My grandson is eagerly awaiting the speakers and I am fully trusting they will be sent asap.
