My experience with Hi-Def Lifestyle
My experience with Hi- Def was awesome I worked with Chris Farling and he was very courteous and supportive understood exactly what I was looking for and did a thorough search to help me find a 2016 LG OLED 55C6P TV as I am a 3D buff and they're not making any more 4k 3D tv's anymore this was really important to me. He found one for me at a great price, I received it last week it's beautiful TV, beautiful picture, and the 3D to die for awesome!!!

Onkyo TX-NR777 receiver …
I purchased an Onkyo TX-NR777 receiver on a Wednesday evening and it shipped on Thursday. I received it on the next Thursday - typical for Fedex Ground across the country - Pennsylvania to Seattle. I am happy with the fulfillment and the quality of the receiver. My only complaint would be that there was no enclosed invoice and the online invoices do not contain any HiDef logo. I needed the receipt for Onkyo's trade-in program and it was disappointing not to be able to print a professional looking, branded invoice.

M&K Sound Speakers
I ordered two M&K Sound rear channel speakers from HiDEF. They processed the order quickly but had the distributor send the speakers to them instead of to me. I called HiDEF and the people apologized forwarding the speakers to me overnight. However, when I opened the box, I discovered the speakers were BLACK when I'd ordered WHITE speakers. Rather than go through the hassle of exchanging the speakers, I decided to keep the black pair and just forget about it.
