The people at HiDEF were absolutely phenomenal to work with for the purchase of my new Pro-Ject Debut Carbon turntable bundle.
I had tried to order the system from another website, but had had some customer service issues through the website and on the phone.
In trying to get that situation rectified, I called HiDEF and they really took greta care of me and helped me to get the bundle I wanted, at the the same price and they even got it delivered to me in just a couple of days.
I would definitely order from them again and would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase home audio equipment.

Quality of service matches the performance of the products they sell
Not for everyone, but if sound clarity and product performance matter to you...then hidef is the place to be. I didn't know how great by basic auto stereo could sound until I purchased a quality aux cord.

Ok but not expedient
Prior to ordering a premium product I contacted HiDEF to be sure the item was in stock. They replied that it was. I placed the order, only to find out this was a half-truth. HiDEF doesn't actually stock the item. They order from the manufacturer, who direct-ships to the customer. This led to some delays due to "order processing." I was not pleased as this did not meet my expectations.

Tivoli Model One Radio
We wanted a black Tivoli Model One, but could only find it online. HiDEF LifeStyle was one of two online vendors, who had the exact radio we wanted, and for a good price and free shipping. The transaction was smooth and the radio arrived in a well-packed package within 4 business days. We love this radio; it has very good reception and the sound (although mono) is awesome.
