An Unusual Buying Experience With A Happy Ending!
I have a pair of Focal 806V speakers and I had been looking for a pair of Focal stands, but it was becoming harder to find. After looking on the web and making several phone calls, it was becoming obvious that there were none to be found. I just happened to be on Amazon and thought I would see by some slim chance that a pair could be found. My search came up with one hit, HiDef Lifestyle, and they were showing only one pair left in stock. I didn't want to risk loosing out, so I contacted them by phone.
The person who assisted me was David Fisher, a true asset to the company who was there from start to finish. To make a long story short, David placed my order and explained to me that it would be shipped via FedEx Ground, and I will be getting an email with the tracking number and estimated delivery date. The stands were delivered on the estimated delivery date but they were delivered to the wrong address.
The mistake I made was trying to resolve the issue myself. After becoming frustrated, I contacted David and explained to him what happened. He kept me up to date during the whole fiasco. A second order had to be placed, and this time he requested signature confirmation, which was not included on the first order. The stands arrived on the estimated delivery date and to the correct address.
What started out to be a bad buying experience ended up being the best Customer Service anyone could ask for. Customer Service is becoming a lost art, but it is good to know there are companies who believe that Customer Service is vital for any company to succeed. To David Fisher and those who processed my order, I cannot thank each of you enough for everything you have done to make my buying experience the best ever.
I would definitely recommend anyone who is shopping for a particular product and one of the choices happens to be HiDef Lifestyle, I would recommend everyone to shop with HiDef Lifestyle. The item you are buying will be money well spent when you get the best Customer Service available from HiDef Lifestyle.

I needed a new amplifier in a hurry. I added this information when I placed my internet order. I received an email shortly thereafter confirming the amp would ship that day and did receive it the next morning. And the party in the barn was great.
